I recently attended Emergency First Aid training delivered by Tom and can honestly say it was one of the best training courses I’ve attended. Tom was extremely knowledgeable, professional, approachable and engaging throughout the day. He explained everything clearly and used real-life examples to bring the training to life, making it easy to understand and remember. The course struck the perfect balance between theory and practical activities, giving everyone the confidence to put their learning into practice. What stood out was Tom’s ability to make what can be a serious subject enjoyable and interactive. He encouraged questions, ensured everyone felt comfortable participating, and created a relaxed learning environment whilst still covering all the important content thoroughly.
