Target Audience
This Level 2 course is aimed at childcare practitioners working in Early Years settings including childminders and nursery staff.
 
This course contains:
Understanding the role of early years practitioners
Legislation and Government guidance
Lessons from serious case reviews
Recognising signs and indicators
Working with other professionals
Responding to a disclosure from a child
Recording, reporting and sharing information and concerns
Current and emerging themes in child protection
Allegations against professionals or trusted adults
